Not likely: Alcohol should not effect your knee arthritis directly. Alcohol and anti-inflamatory medications can hurt your stomach ( ulcer). "falling down" drunk has never helped anybody's knee. Do not drink to excess.

It should not: Alcohol should not effect osteoarthritis of the knee but it can interact with anti inflammatory meds to increase the risk of medication toxicities.
