Yes: There is no reason that you cannot wear your pump throughout a heart catheterization procedure. Just make sure that the anesthesiologist is aware that you are using it and that your infusion set is not in an area the doctors doing the procedure will need to work with.

May need adjustment: Most patients are kept fasting for their cath.Make sure your the first case early in am and see if your dr wants to decrease the infusion or suspend it so you dont get hypoglycemic.
