Is hep c transfered through vaginal sex?

Very very rare: Hepatitis c is essentially a blood transmitted infection. There needs to be the exchange of blood from the infected person to the recipient for hep c transmission to occur. According to the cdc condom use is not required for couples in a long term relationship when one of hep c pos and the other is not.
