Fasting 99 or less: Before breakfast [fasting sugar] should be 70-99. When your fasting sugar is 100-125, you have trouble handling sugar [pre-diabetes]. 126 or more is diabetes [if more than once]. A normal random blood sugar - any time of the day - is low to mid 100's. When your sugar is 69 or less, you can have low sugar signs like dizziness, sweating, rapid heart rate.
