Had wet dream last night and woke up felt sharp pain at the lower area of penis head (gland)?

Probably benign: I doubt that your symptom is of any significance, probably mechanical. Take some otc analgesics if needed.

No idea: Without a physical exam, i could not tell you what the pain was/is. Generally speaking, a simple "wet dream" would not cause any pain. Unless your erect penis, while sleeping and dreaming rubbed against something in your pants or the bed, causing an area of irritation, there is not much else to assume without an exam by your dr.
