I started working out again after a month and as soon i did after a warm up i felt a pain in lower back. i could hardly sit or stand up? any cure?

Try medication: Try some simple things like over the counter pain medication, heat or cold. Try to continue activity as normally as possible, avoiding things that aggravate the pain. If the pain is severe, does not respond or get batter, see your primary doctor.
