Most likely normal: With normal blood pressure, this is most likely normal. You can try taking something like Tums or Pepcid (famotidine) tonight to see if symptoms improve. If not, call your doctor tomorrow and go in for a check. If she is concerned about hellp she can check blood tests.

Probably normal: Seek advice from gyn if symptoms increase or persist. Could be acute gallbladder attack. Report now, if fever, nausea, vomiting, increased bp.
