My knee pops when i squat and if i do a lot of squats it starts to hurt what should i do?

See Orthopedist: The popping is usually excess fluid, which is trying to protect you...From yourself. You might have lax ligaments, or an internal injury--particularly w/pain after activity. You should get an orthopedic evaluation, and may need an mri.

See a specialist.: See an orthopedic knee specialist. You may have some wear in the kneecap joint , that could be giving you these symptoms. At your young age, you should have it checked, to see exactly what might be going on, and how to treat it.
