Need more info: How do you know you have as? Have you seen a rheumatologist and not only had positive blood tests but confirmatory physical findings? If not that is step one. If you have an arthritic hip replacement should be preformed by a high volume surgeon as it is much more difficult in as. Without a recent injury it is unlikely the fractures are recent and it is more likely they are old compression fxs.
