What is the difference between l-arginine and l citrulline and what are the benefits for me at 44yrs old.

Let me explain: L-arginine and l-citrulline are two chemically similar Amino Acids produced within your cells. They interact in two important metabolic pathways to help your body cycle nitrogen and maintain optimal levels of nitric oxide. Because your body synthesizes both of these amino acids, supplementation is usually unnecessary.

Do not need either: Eating a balanced diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts; low in saturated fats; no tobacco and no more than one drink a day and exercise 30 minutes each day for good health. The supplements you mention are only good for lightening your wallet.
