None.: None. Smoking is one of the single most unhealthy things you can do. Long-term usage is associated with, cancer, heart disease, lung disease, impotence, and generally smelling bad. Quitting smoking now will help. If you need help, your doctor can talk to you about ways to do it. Also if you are pregnant it is linked with premature birth and sids. Second hand smoke in children causes illness.
