No: Very unlikely that hormones have changed enough one day after possible conception to cause pregnancy symptoms. Sounds more like an infection.

NO, however...: Symptoms of pregnancy do not occur so soon after conception. Stomach pain & dizziness are not symptoms of pregnancy and morning sickness & fatigue do not start until a few weeks into pregnancy. You almost certainly have the "stomach flu" or food poisoning. However, this does not mean that you are not pregnant. You might well be pregnant but won't be able to tell for a couple of weeks.
