Look up BMI: There isn't really an appropriate weight for your age. But there is an appropriate weight range for your height. Take your height and weight measurements, and google up "bmi" or "body mass index." you'll be able to tell if you are in a normal weight range, if you are underweight, or if you are considered obese.
