Do you have diabetes: Gastroparesis, if i'm correct in assuming that is your diagnosis, comes from damage to the parasympathetic innervation of the gut. Diabetes mellitus is the most common cause of gastroparesis, as well as common comorbid conditions such as fatigue, lethargy, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
