Get evaluated.: Any chest pain with involvement of the arm/hand should be evaluated - as this can be a symptom of heart attack. Other symptoms include pressure or tightness under the breastbone, pain or pressure in the jaw or neck, shortness of breath, indigestion, light-headedness/dizziness, and of course, left-sided chest pain.
