Probably not: But the series of actions described in this question are never a good idea. If possible, always wear latex gloves when touching another person's sores or blood. When you are done, wash hands thoroughly with soap and water, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Then it is ok to touch your own body, although squeezing pimples should also be avoided.
