Get to the root : Sounds like the congestion is pretty severe, and it's lasted a while. You may have an allergy, or a sinus infection. I would encourage you to consult your doctor, but it wouldn't hurt to try Normal Saline spray/rinses in the meantime. Good luck. Lgromkomd.
