Need more info: There is not enough information to give an accurate guess. Abdominal pain and symptoms of pressure near the anus can be anything from inflammatory bowel diseases to irritable bowel diseaes to ulcer disease. Sounds like you need to see your physician so they can ask more questions and performa a physical exam.
