Modify diet.: You probably feel as if your stomach is swollen, bloated. Irritating foods, coffee, alcohol, dairy may all be a causes. Excessive stomach acid, over eating, stress, ulcers. Change your eating habits. Small portions, avoid dairy and other foods/liquids that are difficult to digest. Many possible causes. If not better it is best to have an examination by your doctor.
