Cincerned: This is an abnormal finding that needs to be investigated. There are standard urine studies that should be performed to look for a cause. This includes a urine analysis, urine culture, and urine micro. If the ultrasound isn't helpful, you may need additional imaging including ct scan and referral to a urologist for direct visualization.
