Parasites?: Difficult to say without looking at it and getting a good/better history...You may have an ectoparasitic problem...Best to see your family doc for a check-up and treatment of the cause rather than just the symptoms...

Can you use a small amount of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) on the very inside edge of the nostril? Something unknown is causing irritation/itching. I use saline flush.
