Fungal infection: What you are experiencing could be a fungal infection. Fungus usually gets worse if the skin in moist. If you keep using the ketoconazole as per the directions, for 2 weeks after your skin appears and feels normal that should kill it. Keeping the skin dry will help too. If it is not better it maybe a candida infection(yeast) and may need another type of cream to get rid of it.
