i want to gain weight.recently i lost so much of my weight.i confirmed dat i don't have any serious disease.please help me to gain weight n look healthy?

Hmmm cachexia: Is a problem. If you lost a lot of weight and cannot gain it back you must see a doctor. Ways to gain weight is to increase caloric intake. Eat more fat and sweets and perhaps some protein. But if you have a cancer or other disease you might not able to put the weight back on.

If all other medical: Issues, thyroid, adrenal, gastrointestinal have been ruled out, it may be anxiety. Do you sleep well? Clinch your teeth at night, have headaches? Look up the medication mirtazapine. This may be the med for you. It helps stress, may help your insomnia, and helps with weight. 15 mg to start. Might want to print up the info and bring it to your doc for the weight part. It's also called remeron.
