Last night i fell and hit my cheek bone. this morning when i blow air out of my nose it puffs my cheek out and stays puffed. emergency room?

Dr soon: If you can get in to see an ENT (ear-nose-throat) soon (2-3 days best), then go direct. If not, er may be wise in case need imaging/antibiotics/referral. Just bring a book or activity, as is not an immediate life threat, so may have to wait (ear plugs sometimes good also).
