See doctor: Platelet count range from 150, 000 to 400, 000-your level is rather low , you need to see doctor with frequent follow up because it cause your blood to continue bleeding should you have any kind of injury.As far as headache you need evaluation because there are many casuses -infection, allergies, musculoskeletal, hormones, etc... I do not think the two are related but you need evaluation for both.
