2 - 3 times per week: There is no right answer. I suggest eating fish a few times / week. Avoid fish w/ higher mercury (tuna, shark, swordfish, lake trout, marlin). Eating a diet rich in fish, veggies, nuts, olive oil, whole grains & having fruit 4 dessert is a healthy way 2 fuel your body. Cooking fish takes a little practice, but is easy. You can grill it, bake it, broil it. Avoid fried fish or other fried food.

3-4 times a week: Wild fish like salmon have vitamin d, vitamin b12, omeg-3 fatty acids as well as some healthy monounsaturated fatty acids, protein and astaxanthin. Best natural one-source of protein, fatty acids, vitamin d and b12.
