Is bandage contact is safe to wear even sleeping at night? any tips to make the scratched eye heal faster?

Yes: I assume bandage lens was prescribed and placed by your eye doctor. If you are monitored by him/her and lens changed as necessary, you should be ok. Remember to call him/her if any problems.

Bandage contact lens: A bandage contact lens is an excellent treatment option for a corneal abrasion or erosion. It is probably the most comfortable method to allow this problem to heal. Other methods include patching or frequent use of ocular ointments. Your ophthalmologist will most likely recommend antibiotic drops until the healing is complete.
