See a doctor: It is hard to tell if this is an emergency but you definitely need to be seen by a doctor as soon as possible. Sinus infections are commonly associated with a headache due to sinus pressure but may result in more serious neurologic complications . If you have neck stiffness, nausea/vomiting, changes in vision, speech, swallowing, or weakness, go to the er immediately. If in doubt, go to the er.
