I have a bad frontal headache that is causing dizziness. i can barely walk. what could this be?

Sinus congestion: If there is pressure in the area above your eyes, you could very well have congestion in the middle ear also, which causes dizziness from pressing on the inner ear. How long have you had this headache and do you have similar headaches?

Many things : Migraine to tumor to a bleed in your brain to meningitis. This warrants evaluation by a neurologist.
