Yes: There a several muscles in the neck. It would help me to know which one or ones you are talking about to be more precise. It all depends on what was the mechanism for the muscle to break. If it was cleanly cut, if the muscle holds sutures, it can be sewn back together. If it was torn by excersise, or destroyed by a bullet. Muscles may have tendons on one or both ends. Ligaments around bonestendons.
