Hydrate: Drink plenty of fluids but avoid caffeinated drinks that may actually dehydrate you . Check with your doctor about medications you take that may dehydrate you . Consider sucking on sugarless losenges if needed. See your doctor if dry mouth persists.

Stay hydrated.: While most of enjoy the low humidity in denver, it can cause a few problems, and can be worse with certain medicines. Obviously you have noticed a dry mouth and probably a crusty nose as well. Most importantly stay well hydrated, as it is easy to get dehydrated here. You can also try enzymatic dry mouth products like biotene. If the problem persists it is worth a trip to see your local doctor.
