Clothes or rash: Make sure you don't have a rash from skin-on-skin warmth/moisture that may be ringworm treatable with Lamisil (terbinafine) or lotrimin. If you have undergarments that are new, make sure you're not reacting to the fabric or coloring. The other part to breasts is simply dealing with them - they're going to be itchy, hot, tender, swollen, painful, etc. Just like anything else, look for a cause and try something.
