What causes mole/skin tags? i've been having a few moles around breast area but a new itchy one has popped up. what to do? very pesky itch!

Have mole checked: All new moles should be checked out. Skin tags under the breast often get irritated and itchy. People refer to skin lesions as tags and moles but there can be a lot of different causes of skin growths depending on what is going on with the cells. Pigmented moles that are changing or look a lot different then the other moles need to have a trained eye take a look.
