Swimmer's sickness : Go see your doctor for a thorough evaluation. While there can be illnesses obtained from swimming such as amebiasis or swimmer's ear, this does not sound like typical symptoms. It is certainly possible this is not related to swimming at all.

Bad bugs: Probably the water was contaminated - see your doctor as you may need antibiotics.
