Let me advise you: It depend on the magnitude of the shoulder injury, if it is minor injury, that okay to keep working out expect the shoulder. If the shoulder injury serious one i believe you should and concentrate on your shoulder recovery.

Yes: While it is good to stay active and probably is ok to continue to work out in areas that do not use your shoulder, you should avoid anything that could potentially aggravate it. If you are not better in 10-14 days you should probably be checked. Thank you for the question.
