Morning stiffness: Not related to cholesterol but to joint inflammation and dehydration. Drink more water at bedtime for less morning stiffness.

Not likely. : This isn't likely from cholesterol. It's likely due to how you're sleeping. You might be in an uncomfortable position when you go to sleep or it might be due to some tension in your muscles that gets relieved by exercise. Exercise loosens up your muscles so you relax, so keep exercising and see if you're sleeping on a firm, comfortable bed. If this persists, see your doctor to get checked out.
