My triglycerides resulted in 455, my sugar at 149. cholesterol 139. i feel dizzy or lightheaded. three days ago i felt like someone hit me in the back of my neck and room started spinning. dr. says is because of high triglycerides. please advise. thanks.

Need more info...: To figure out the reason for your symptoms, more information is needed. For example, are you diabetic since diabetes is a common etiology for high triglycerides? Did you have pain in the back of your neck and then dizziness or just the dizziness? If your symptoms persist, perhaps you should see a neurologist to try to figure out the cause of your dizziness.
