See Dermatologist: Uncomplicated eczema does not blister. Eczema may sometimes weep or get crusty and even then it is often a sign of secondary infection, usually bacterial. If you have eczema with blisters then you may have a secondary viral infection called "eczema herpeticum " in which case you need to consult a dermatologist immediately.
