Swollen lymph nodes on left neck, could it be from eczema + acne? should the swelling go down after 5 days of antibiotics? if not, is biopsy needed?

Painful or painless?: Is the lymph node painful or not? There are several reason of lymph node swelling. Infections can be one of the cause, and antibiotics would reduce the size in general if treated appropriately. Acne doesn't usually cause swollen lymph node unless secondary infection exists. Any tooth infection, sinus problem? If no changes in the lymph node size after treatment, you may need biopsy. Good luck!
