Post nasal drip?: It could be a post nasal drip, although there are a host of other causes, both dental and medical. Do you also brush, floss and use a tongue scraper at night after eating? See your dentist first for a complete and thorough checkup and an evaluation of your oral hygiene techniques. If your dentist suspects medical causes, you can discuss the issue further with your physician.

Brush your tongue: Most people breath through their mouths at some point and that causes bad breath. 90% of bad breath comes from poor oral hygiene and not scraping and brushing your tongue. You need to do more than just wash your mouth out once per day.
