No, none: No need to treat a 21 deg curve. Just watch it if an adolescent, nothing if an adult...Unless curve is new and associated with pain, then evaluate with imaging studies.

Unlikely: A 21 degree curve in a 21 year old female is considered a stable curve as long as it is idiopathic. While pregnancy does cause some ligamentous laxity, it would not cause a significant change in your scoliosis. In your age group, the only recommended treatment are staying physically fit and having a regular non-balistic work out routine. For a stable curve of this degree, we do not rec any surg.
