Yes may increase the: Need 4 a c- section. As the pubic symphysis is spread there is also movement in the si joints, but in reality sacral fixation does not fixate the si joint. So looking back at my answer i was wrong, u should be able to deliver and not have an increased risk of c-section. My answer should b yes & don't worry.
