Diet/exercise: There is no “cure” for arthritis as of yet. Arthritis is essentially inflammation and wear of inside of joints. This could be related to genetic issues or as a result of normal wear and tear. Avoidance of high impact activities can lessen the damage to the joints. Fish oil has some natural anti-inflammatory property and may be used as well.
