I'm 27 and diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. is there a natural cure like if i lost weight, if not what's the best medication you suggest?

R.A. can be serious: There is no natural remedy or cure. Spontaneous remission is very unusual and can't be brought about or depended on. You need to see a rheumatologist for management as R.A. can lead to disability and deformity if untreated. You need to be on disease modifying drugs particularly at your young age and being a woman.
