If no medical cause is found, then one can add weight by eating more calories of nutritious foods, while also doing weight-training to increase muscle. Proteins: egg white, chicken breast, salmon, ... Better fats: olive oil, peanuts, almonds, tofu, ....

May be fine: I'm more interested in your level of fitness. The "ideal weight" charts are sub-science. Most elite track-and-field athletes are "underweight". Health doesn't come out of a pill bottle or off a dinner plate. And your enjoying your body isn't the problem -- it's good for you, especially if you think about wholesome loving. Hit the fitness circuit / gym and things should normalize.
