When you sneeze should it hurt ? i always seem to hurt in the ribs or lower abdomen when i sneeze?

No: But, if you have pulled a muscle in lower abdomen or muscles attached to your ribs, these will suddenly contract with a sneeze causing pain. So, after hurting those muscles, it is not abnormal for them to hurt with a sneeze.
