See your doc: Sounds like hyperemesis gravidarum which happens during early pregnancy. You may need intravenous fluids and antinausea meds until this subsides.

Pregnancy/ vomiting/: Chest pain can occur with prolonged vomiting due to acid reflux or esophagitis. With your doctor approval you may have to acid suppressants like pepcid, Zantac (ranitidine) or Prilosec etc.
