Well you have: A uterine anomaly. The double cervix does not prevent you from having an orgasm. You need to discuss this with a gynecologist. They can try some meds that might help you.

Not related : Uterine didelphys (duplicate reproductive system) is unrelated to orgasm ability. Masturbation is helpful in learning to achieve orgasm. There are sexual therapist available for referrals as well.
