You should see your dr, a county health dept "std clinic, " or an urgent care dr for exam / testing if needed, and rx antibiotic. Choice of abx varies by resistance patterns in a region, so is not 100% uniform.

See Dr.: You should see dr asap as other infections often accompany gc and also require treatment.Plus someone gave it to you and we need to treat them as well.
