Not really : Most 7 year olds will not describe dizziness as adults tend to describe it. This would be a red flag for me and would want further information and examination by pediatrician to determine if any pathology.

Nope: ' dizzy' feeling--- as subtle as it might sound --- needs thorough evaluation. The differential includes--- simple infections ( like flu or mono) or ear infection----to more serious conditions like--- mass on carotids causing sympathetic stimulation or orthostatic hypotension. Consult your md.
